The Challenge:
The Belonging Chapter is a podcast hosted by Lauren and Georgina, exploring the professional and personal middle chapter of life — career shifts, evolving priorities, and the space between who you used to be and who you're becoming. Georgina approached us off the back of her work at Beau Property, having discovered we delivered podcasts. The challenge: bring a three-person podcast to life from the ground up, with production quality that matched the depth of the conversations.
What We Did
We ran production end to end — pre-production, rigging, and full studio set-up for a three-person recording. From there, we handled recording, cuts, and edits, shaping raw conversation into a polished, publishable podcast. Every stage was built to let the hosts focus on the conversation, while we handled everything behind the mic.
This is the first instalment of an ongoing series — we'll continue producing further episodes, featuring conversations with women in business across a range of industries.
