The Challenge:
Kier Group are a major name in construction and property development, with decades of large-scale projects behind them. The challenge: sell a premium development, before it's even finished. That meant selling more than bricks and mortar — it meant selling Tunbridge Wells itself, and tapping into the family demographic this development was built for.
What We Did
We ran the project end to end with Beau Property — pre-production, filming, and post-production — to capture a premium development still under construction and present it as a finished lifestyle. We directed a full day of video and photography on location, giving the client a complete visual resource to use across their digital platforms as their focal marketing tool.
